His background spans private practice and in-house counsel, with expertise in litigation, risk management, and contract negotiation. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Georgetown University Law Center and is licensed in PA, MD, DC, and VA. He is passionate about driving positive change for businesses and dedicated to making it happen.
